Your submission of poetry, prose, art, reviews, or writing to the Skrews Syndication indicates your assent to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Upon the acceptance of a piece, the poet has 14 days to withdraw the individual work due to breach or disagreement. No action is required for consent after acceptance.
This Agreement is made and entered between you ("Author", “Poet”, “Artist”, “Writer”, “Reviewer”) and the Skrews Syndication ("Publisher").

At the current time, the Skrews Syndication is in the early phases and is trying to prove use case while in self-funding. Skrews is offering a free copy of the published medium featuring your work. We are looking forward to providing monetary compensation in the future and will visit providing pay for already published works. Notification of each publication will be sent within a week of release.
After submission, the Skrews Syndication may contact you with a revision for publication. You agree to assist with this process and have the option to withdraw your submission if no resolution can be made. Skrews reserves the right to reject during this process as well.
You agree to provide us with biographical information about yourself, upon request, so that such information may be posted with your work and/or online. Such biographical information may include the Province or State and Country of your residence, the circumstances which led you to write the Work, and other details the Author and Publisher may agree are pertinent. The Publisher will not insist that you provide information that will violate your rights to privacy or security. Featured authors might be asked to provide a photo of themselves for their featured segment on our website.
You agree to indemnify Publisher against any and all losses, costs, expenses, damages or recoveries caused by or arising out of the breach of the representations or warranties herein made by you.
The Skrews Syndication agrees and shall be solely liable for all costs incurred in connection with any presentation of the Work and hold you harmless from any claims arising there-from.
